A crab dip for those who drink whites: pair with Merry Family Winery Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Chardonnay, or Southern Belle:

Mix  together well: 2 large cans crab meat, well drained and patted almost dry, 3/4 cup real mayo, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese,1/4 cup minced green onions, 2 whole minced cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, Salt and pepper to taste.  In an oven, pre-heated to 325 degrees, place all ingredients into a casserole.  Bake for 20 minutes, remove and stir.  Bake for another 20 minutes.  Serve with wheat crackers.
